Property Caretaker Wanted

We are now looking for a dedicated and responsible property caretaker to join our team. In this role, you will work with ongoing operations, maintenance, and supervision of our properties, focusing on quality and service.

About the Role

As a property caretaker with us, you will be responsible for ongoing maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs in our properties. You will work on everything from maintaining outdoor environments to fixing plumbing issues. In this role, you will manage property maintenance and upkeep of several buildings, in a team that values good service and well-being, where you will have significant responsibility.

Does This Describe You?

We are looking for someone who is practically inclined and has a positive attitude towards problem-solving.

• Education in property technology (e.g., KY education) or equivalent experience in property service/building care/gardening is advantageous but not required.
• A valid driver's license (B) is required as you will be driving between our various properties.
• You are a service-oriented and self-sufficient person with good collaboration skills, who feels comfortable managing both internal and external maintenance.
