About the Position

As a flexible consultant in Adecco's staffing operations, you will have the opportunity to work at various companies with different types of assignments in the field of industry and logistics. Right now, we have part-time assignments with our clients in Halmstad and Laholm and surrounding areas. The number of working hours varies weekly according to our clients' needs, both day/night/evening. Workdays are scheduled from Monday to Friday.

Assignments often arise at short notice, which requires you to have a flexible schedule. The tasks consist of various duties that occur within production and warehousing, such as machine monitoring, picking, and packing in the warehouse. Service, flexibility, and problem-solving are a big part of your job.

In your role as a student, your main tasks will include:

• Warehouse work
• Machine monitoring

There will be great opportunities for summer jobs.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a student at a university/college or has another primary occupation of at least 50%. As a person, you are efficient, positive, and have a strong work ethic. You will work both in a team and independently. It is important that you are meticulous, willing to work, and a good team player. You need to be flexible and able to step in at short notice. Your humility, quality, and service mindset will help you thrive as a consultant for Adecco.

Important for the position:

• You have another primary occupation of at least 50% (e.g., studies)
• Flexible and can step in at short notice.
• You are a willing team player

If you have experience working in industry or warehousing, have a forklift license A+B, and experience in this area, it is a plus. A requirement is that you have a B driver's license and access to a car.

About the Employment

The position is a consulting assignment with immediate start. As a consultant, you will be employed by Adecco Student. The hourly wage is always according to the agreements that apply in the labor market. Vacation pay is added and paid out with the salary. If you work during inconvenient hours, additional pay will be added according to the current collective agreement.
