Production Leader in Transport

About the role

As a Production Leader in Transport, you will be an important part of our evening and night operations as you lead a team that is crucial for our deliveries and customer service. You work closely with the operations and employees, creating engagement, clarity, and a work environment where people thrive and want to do a good job. As a Production Leader, you are operationally present and active in the evening operations. You plan, lead, and follow up on the drivers' work, ensuring that the flow runs smoothly throughout the day. You collaborate closely with transport leaders, loading coordinators, and finalization to create efficient working methods, keep timelines, and solve challenges as they arise.

You are also responsible for ensuring that the work environment is managed according to current requirements and guidelines. Safety rounds, cleaning routines, and responsibility for vehicles are therefore a natural and important part of the role.

The role includes personnel responsibility for 7–10 drivers in the evening/night operations. You conduct employee conversations, development discussions, follow-ups, rehabilitation cases, and recruitment. At the same time, you are given ample opportunity to influence and improve working methods in a business that is constantly evolving.

• Have experience from a supervisory role or other relevant leadership experience
• Have good system skills and are confident in planning, following up, and documentation
• Are communicative, attentive, and clear in your leadership
• Have a solution-oriented approach and thrive in change work
• Are structured and have the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Speak and write fluent Swedish
• Have complete high school grades

Meritorious:

• C/CE driving license
• Post-secondary education in transport or logistics
• Experience with Lean and continuous improvement work

Your workplace

You will be part of our transport operations in Halmstad, which consists of about 50 employees. Working hours are approximately 15:00–23:45, with some flexibility.
