Do you want to work in an engaged team where you make a real difference for people with dementia? The dementia team in Kungälv Municipality is growing and is now looking for more nursing assistants.

With us, you work independently with home care services based on individual needs and assistance decisions, with support from close colleagues. Our focus is on safety, self-determination, and respect, and we work systematically with BPSD assessment for high quality in care.

In the dementia team, you are an important part of the network around the users, collaborating with different professions and contributing to development, including through welfare technology and advocacy roles. We believe in collaboration, innovation, and learning from each other.

Working hours: Day, evening, and every other weekend

Responsibilities

You will:

• Be a fixed care contact.
• Plan, implement, and document in Treserva.
• Perform health and medical care interventions on delegation from the nurse.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who:

• Are a trained nursing assistant.
• Have a protected professional title or service certificate confirming that you were permanently employed with the title nursing assistant as of July 1, 2023.
• Have a B driver's license.
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing.
• Good computer skills.
• Interest in working with development.

It is an advantage if you have a specialist nursing assistant education in dementia or experience with dementia.
