Job Responsibilities

As the site manager, you have overall responsibility for the staff and operations. You are the business driving force on site and report to the CEO. Your mission is to drive the business by ensuring that we attract new customers, that the organization functions and develops, and that we create structure and long-term profitability.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

- Business and customer relations: customer meetings, supplier contacts, and active engagement with new and existing customers.

- Leadership and resources: staff responsibility, employee conversations, recruitment, and work environment.
