You will have close contact with your immediate manager and a fun part-time job that is a merit for life!

About the assignment

A family in Luleå with two children (4 & 8 years) wishes help with babysitting on Saturdays between 09:00-12:00 or 10:00-13:00. On even weeks, you will take care of both children, and on odd weeks, you will only take care of the youngest. The family desires a long-term collaboration and preferably a babysitter over 18 years old.

Since babysitting is a part-time job, we prefer that you have another main occupation, such as studies or a part-time job, and for a long-term relationship, we want you to have a reasonable travel time to the family (we usually think around 30 minutes).

• We want a salary structure that feels good for all competence profiles and ages, so we open up for individual salary setting for everyone who has a high school diploma. For all who are still in high school, we have a fixed hourly wage of 132.15 - 165.19 SEK/hour including vacation pay.
• Additional pay for unsocial hours and holidays
• Opportunity for a fixed agreement with guaranteed hours
