Temporary Driver for Waste Management

We are looking for a driver for waste management during the summer.

Job Description

The waste management department has vehicles for emptying bins and a container truck for emptying containers for both businesses and private customers. During collection, you will drive collection vehicles and empty waste bins. You will also ensure that our customers have functioning bins and other equipment.

The workday starts at the recycling center where you will depart from to drive a planned route. Once you have completed all stops on your route, you will return to the recycling center and empty the truck.

The assignment also includes driving a wheel loader, which is mainly used at the recycling center for handling the various fractions that come in.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Swedish
• Basic computer skills are required as reporting and some administrative work occur

Meritorious

• Experience in waste and recycling work
• Knowledge of operating heavier vehicles

Personal Qualities

• Meticulous and responsible
• Able to work independently
• Generally good physical condition as physically demanding tasks are involved

Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability.

Requirements

• C or CE driving license
• Valid professional competence certificate (YKB)

Duration/Working Hours

Temporary employment for 1-3 months. As agreed.

Salary

Hourly wage.
