JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

We are looking for someone who wants to work as a cleaner with us, where you will have an important role in our property management in Vittangi. The tasks consist of daily cleaning within our housing stock as well as in municipal properties, such as preschools, schools, offices, stairwells, and nursing homes, which are part of Kirunabostäder's management assignment for Kiruna Municipality. On-call duty may be included in the work. You will belong to our rural unit, which, in addition to cleaners, consists of property managers, administrators, and a unit manager.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for someone who is responsible, meticulous, service-oriented, and self-driven. You are flexible and have the ability to prioritize among your tasks. Your organizational skills, commitment, and good teamwork abilities, along with a positive attitude, contribute to the good service we want to deliver and to a pleasant workplace. Previous experience in cleaning is an advantage.

Since the work involves daily contact with colleagues and customers, we see that you master Swedish in both spoken and written form.
