About the role

As a Cleaner, you and your colleagues play an important role in ensuring the overall experience in the client's premises. Together, you create an environment that conveys a safe, attractive, modern, and sustainable workplace for employees and all visitors. You primarily work with cleaning the client's premises, as well as other tasks that may occur such as conference service, refilling water/coffee machines, and caring for plants.

The position is full-time, permanent employment with an initial probationary period of six months. We may also seek part-time employees at a lower working rate.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, attentive, responsible, and proactive. You thrive in the role of corporate representative and share ISS's desire to deliver world-class service. This means you should have a high level of service, a good overview of your cleaning area, and be able to suggest improvements to the client. It is important that you are responsive to the client's needs. You find it easy to build good relationships with both clients and colleagues. Furthermore, you have the ability to collaborate as the work can be both individual and in a group.

We prefer that you have experience from service professions or industry experience. It is important that you master the Swedish language. A high school education is a requirement.
