Scandic Klarälven is indeed located by the Klarälven river and near the E18. Here, our guests can satisfy their hunger in our restaurant Köksbaren or take a dip in our pool. The hotel is close to both nature and the city center of Karlstad.

We are now looking for a skilled employee for the restaurant at Scandic Klarälven.

What does the role entail?

You are the first person the guest meets in our restaurant, so it is crucial that you have a warm demeanor and are attentive to details and the guest's needs. You have a burning interest in food and beverages and enjoy order and tidiness, both in your own work and that of your colleagues. All to provide our guests with a fantastic dining experience. Your main tasks will be to serve food and beverages and to be responsible for your own cash register. You will also support the hotel team with other tasks as needed.

Who are you?

To fit into the role, we believe you have at least two years of experience in similar work and experience in concept-driven operations. Since the job largely consists of communicating with guests, good knowledge of Swedish and English is a prerequisite. If you speak another language, it is an advantage.

However, the most important thing is your personal qualities and attitude. To fit into the role, you need to be a responsive and unpretentious team player who takes significant responsibility for your tasks and the overall result. It is also important that you can convey good hospitality to the hotel’s guests.
