Enebacken is a special accommodation facility focused on Somatic/dementia and short-term/respite care with 108 places.

In the position of nursing assistant, you will work with care and support based on the residents' wishes, in accordance with assistance decisions, and always with a strong focus on quality. You will assist with personal hygiene, meal preparation and serving, responding to alarms, and providing social interaction. Social interaction is an important part of our work to ensure all our residents can live life to the fullest. This may involve chatting, playing games, going on outings, cycling, or engaging in fun activities together. You will also work with delegated tasks from licensed personnel, including medication administration and training.

We are currently looking for several colleagues for 75% permanent positions with a probationary period.

Job Description

We are currently seeking several part-time colleagues for permanent positions with a probationary period at a 75% employment rate.

To be considered for the position, you need:

• A certificate from the National Board of Health and Welfare as a nursing assistant

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form

Previous experience in elderly care and dementia care is also considered an advantage.

To thrive in this role, you should be engaged and care about your fellow human beings while being good at building positive relationships and being service-oriented. We work in teams as well as independently, so it is important that you are comfortable in that environment.

Before we offer employment, you will need to provide an unopened extract from the police criminal record. We also require a valid Swedish work permit, such as a passport or an approved work permit from the Migration Agency.
