Shipping and Warehouse Worker

We are now looking for a flexible employee who will work in shipping and warehousing.

Job Description

Shipping and dispatching involves participating in the daily work of packing, sending, and invoicing materials that have been produced, returned, or otherwise need to be handled via shipping.

Receiving and warehousing involves participating in the daily work of receiving and unpacking, labeling, and sorting incoming goods. You will also work to supply our customer teams with materials that you carefully prepare on carts.

The work is time-sensitive, and the pace can be high at times.

· Shipping: Prepare shipments, book transport, and ensure that our outgoing deliveries maintain the highest quality.

· Receiving: Receive deliveries, check goods against delivery notes, and ensure that items are placed in the correct location in the shelving system.

· Picking: Pick orders with precision and efficiency for the production teams.

· Warehouse Optimization: Contribute to good order and cleanliness to create a safe and pleasant working environment. Improvements and 5S.

We are looking for someone who is engaged and results-oriented. As a person, you should be communicative, meticulous, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. You take great responsibility and are a team player who enjoys collaborating. You are unpretentious and help where needed.

Good knowledge of both spoken and written Swedish is a requirement.

Meritorious

Previous experience in shipping and warehousing

Reading blueprints

Customs handling

Forklift license and experience.

Computer skills and knowledge of the Office suite

Organization:

Part of the warehouse department. Reporting to the Warehouse Department Manager.

Duration

The position is a fixed-term employment where capacity determines our needs. The position may lead to a permanent employment.
