About the Job

Do you want a central role in the logistics behind one of the world's most famous crispbread brands? As a forklift driver at Barilla's shipping department, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing goods to and from the warehouse. You will work at a fast pace with clear deadlines to ensure that all deliveries arrive on time.

At Barilla, safety, hygiene, and quality are always top priorities. In this role, you are expected to work responsibly and follow applicable safety, hygiene, and quality routines at every step. It is crucial that you take personal responsibility for both your own safety, your colleagues' safety, and for ensuring that the food produced meets the highest quality standards.

The work is primarily carried out using a pallet truck, but other types of forklifts may also be involved. You will work closely with both the warehouse and production and are an important part of the flow to the customer.

The summer assignment is a consultancy position via Adecco. Interviews will start continuously, and training will take place on-site at Barilla starting around week 20 for two weeks in smaller groups. The assignment period is tentatively expected to last until week 33 and may be extended based on business needs.

Examples of Job Responsibilities:

• Handling incoming and outgoing goods
• Forklift driving, primarily with pallet trucks
• Receiving goods and loading/unloading trucks and trains
• System management via handheld computer/computer

Working Hours

Morning:

• Monday - Thursday 06:00-14:30
• Friday 06:00-12:30

Afternoon:

• Monday - Thursday 14:30-23:00
• Friday 12:30 - 19:00

Note: You cannot choose your shift, as placements are based on business needs. The role therefore requires good flexibility and the ability to commute to and from work regardless of the time of day.

About You

You have experience in forklift driving and enjoy a role where you can work independently and drive your work forward. You are positive, structured, and thrive in a fast-paced environment with varied tasks. You collaborate well with others and communicate clearly.

Requirements for the Position:

• At least 18 years old
• Forklift license A1–A4 + B1
• Swedish spoken and written
• Experience in forklift and warehouse work
• Good computer skills

Desirable Experience:

• Wheel loader license
• Logistics and loading work
