We are looking for a dedicated and flexible employee for a versatile position as both a store salesperson and forklift operator. You will be employed by us at Retail Knowledge but will work at Blomsterlandet Karlstad in the store in Våxnäs. The role includes both customer service and sales in the store, as well as unloading trucks and managing the flow of goods with a forklift. It's important that you are someone who will contribute to creating a fantastic customer experience while ensuring that the store is well-stocked and organized.

We are looking for someone who: Holds a forklift license and a B driver's license, as well as experience in similar work. You are an early riser, organized, and enjoy working in a fast-paced and physically demanding work environment.

You are positive and have an easy time collaborating with others, are unpretentious, and self-driven. The role involves heavy lifting, efficient unloading, and personal responsibility, which you are capable of handling. You need to be stress-resistant and enjoy juggling multiple tasks.

Requirements to become a pool employee with us

• We have a REQUIREMENT that you have another main occupation for at least 1 year ahead (e.g., university studies or other part-time work)

• You can work store hours, i.e., both days, evenings, and weekends

• You have the opportunity to work 3 weekdays a week

• Are flexible and can step in at short notice

Job Info Employment type: Casual employment, permanent Working hours: From week 18-23, varying number of shifts. Start between 07:00-08:00 in the mornings. Salary: Hourly wage according to collective agreement
