ABOUT THE POSITION

Academic Work is seeking warehouse workers for our client in Karlstad. You will cover for regular staff during weeks 24-32, starting with training at the end of May. For the right person, there is the opportunity for continued part-time work even in the fall. You will work in the warehouse picking orders, unloading and loading materials, and handling customer interactions at the lumber yard. The role also includes receiving and checking goods and delivering items to customers as needed. As a person, you are service-oriented and always put the customer first. You are social, proactive, and have an easy time collaborating with others. You will receive training from your colleagues and be introduced to the work along with an overview of their products and assortment.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Pick orders
• Unload and load materials
• Customer interaction at the lumber yard

WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU WHO

• Is studying at a post-secondary level and has at least one year left of your studies
• Has a forklift license (counterbalance forklift)
• Has very good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• Has a B driver's license

It is an advantage if you have construction experience.

Additional Information

• Start: Week 24
• Working hours: Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM and Saturdays: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM (approximately every other weekend).
• Location: Skattkärr, Karlstad.
