The reception is located at the main entrance of Ludvika Hospital. The reception is open from 07:00 to 16:30 on weekdays. The reception receives paying patients at two cash registers for different clinics. There is a back office for after-registration. They are open from 07:00 to 16:30 on weekdays.

Temporary Position: Reception Assistant, Ger Rehab Ludvika

Common reception tasks for specialist clinics, radiology, the Emergency Care Unit, and Ludvika Health Center, administration regarding patient fees, telephone service, taxi-medical travel bookings, and more.

Approved high school education, preferably with some years of work experience. Minimum age 18 years - legally competent.

The job means you will be the face of the region in the reception.

This places high demands on service orientation, stress resistance, social skills, and flexibility as there are many things to keep track of simultaneously, good collaboration skills, patience, and the ability to work independently.

Meritorious: Experience with the Cosmic cash register system.
