About the positionFörlagssystem is a leading player in the logistics and distribution of books. As part of our team, you will work with picking, sorting, and packing items in our warehouse operations. The role requires accuracy, stress resistance, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

The working hours for flexible consultants are mainly scheduled for Monday to Wednesday from 07:00 to 16:00. Work shifts may also occur on Thursdays and Fridays, but not to the same extent. During peak season, weekend and afternoon work may also be relevant.

About the role as a flexible consultantAs a flexible consultant in our consultant pool, you will have some scheduled shifts but are primarily expected to be able to step in at short notice when needed. We prefer that you have the ability to work 2-3 shifts per week, with good availability at the beginning of the week.

Job responsibilities

• Picking items according to established picking routes using a tablet, scanner, or voice device
• Back picking and net picking
• Sorting and packing items
• Handling defective or incorrect products
• Using digital tools in daily work
• Forklift driving (for those who have or are willing to obtain a forklift license on their own)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for someone interested in a long-term part-time job. The work is most intensive during the period of June to January. During the other months of the year, there are good opportunities to focus on your main employment as the operations enter a quieter period.

Requirements and qualifications

• Availability for work on Mondays and Tuesdays from 07:00 to 16:00
• Ability to work at short notice
• Another main employment of at least 50% throughout 2026
• Completed high school education
• Good physical ability, including the ability to walk up to approximately 20,000 steps per day and handle heavy lifting
• Flexibility and stress resistance, as tasks may vary during the workday
• Attention to detail and good punctuality
• Basic mathematical skills
• Ability to work with digital tools and systems

Desirable

• Driving license B
• Forklift license (A1–A4 and B1–B4)
• Previous experience in warehouse work and teamwork

IntroductionThe introduction will be conducted over two consecutive days (either Monday–Tuesday or Thursday–Friday from 07:00 to 16:00). Full attendance during the introduction is mandatory. Introduction sessions are planned and conducted continuously over the coming weeks.
