Förlagssystem is a leading player in the logistics and distribution of books. As part of our consultant pool, you will work with picking, sorting, and packing items. The job requires accuracy, stress resistance, and the ability to work at a fast pace. To thrive in the role, we see that you are a person who enjoys working towards goals, follow-ups, and results.

As a flexible consultant in our consultant pool, you will have scheduled shifts, but primarily you should be able to step in at short notice when needed. We expect you to be available 2-3 weekdays a week between 07:00-16:00, and we prefer that your availability is mainly at the beginning of the week. Occasional weekend and afternoon work may temporarily be required during the summer or during the high season in the fall.

Job Responsibilities
- Pick items according to given picking rounds with a tablet, scanner, or voice device
- Back-picking and net-picking
- Sorting and packing of items
- Handling defective or incorrect products
- Use of digital tools in the work process
- Forklift driving (for those who have or will obtain a forklift license)

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Requirements and Qualifications
- Ability to work Mondays and Tuesdays 07:00-16:00
- Ability to step in at short notice.
- Other main employment (at least 50%)
- Completed high school education
- Physical ability - able to walk about 20,000 steps a day and perform heavy lifting
- Flexibility and stress resistance – tasks may vary throughout the day
- Accuracy and punctuality
- Basic knowledge of mathematics
- Ability to handle digital tools and systems

Meritorious
- B driver's license
- Forklift license A1-4 and B1-4
- Experience in warehouse work and teamwork

The introduction lasts for 2 consecutive days where 100% attendance is expected. Introductions will take place continuously during the spring.
