As a transport manager, you have a central role in coordinating the flow between customers, drivers, and vehicles in an operation with about 12 employees,

6 own trucks, as well as hired vehicles and contractors. You receive assignments, plan cost-effective routes, and lead daily logistics with structure, precision, and commitment.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with drivers, vehicle managers, and workshops to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

You also have a clear responsibility for ensuring that each assignment is carried out with profitability, high customer satisfaction, and efficiency, as well as for developing and nurturing relationships with carriers and hired hauliers

– both existing partners and new contacts.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has several years of experience in the transport or haulage industry

• Is relationship-oriented and enjoys making contact, building, and nurturing long-term relationships – both internally and externally

• Works in a structured and solution-oriented manner and communicates clearly and professionally

• Has strong administrative skills and works meticulously with business systems, follow-up, and documentation

• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, has the ability to see the big picture while keeping track of the details
