About the position

As a bus driver in scheduled traffic at Keolis, you will have a flexible job. You will drive all routes in the area and all types of buses. Traffic operates around the clock every day, so your working hours will vary throughout the day. We prefer that you live near the depot, as you may sometimes start early or finish late. The position involves driving and working according to both EU driving and rest times as well as the Working Time Act. The position is available as full-time or on-call employment starting by agreement in the spring of 2026.

What you need to have

• D driver's license
• Valid Professional Competence Certificate YKB*
• Swedish spoken and written
• Experience in a service profession is an advantage
• Advantageous if you have a digital driver card
• Knowledge of EU driving and rest times and correct handling of tachographs is advantageous

* Since we prioritize finding the right person for the right place, we are, in selected cases, willing to offer continued YKB. This applies, for example, if you obtained your bus driver's license before 2008.

What you will receive from us

As a bus driver at Keolis, you will receive a thorough introductory training led by our experienced instructors. Your team leader will be available at the depot to support you in your daily work as a bus driver. Within Keolis, there are also good opportunities for development. Salary as a bus driver

When you work as a bus driver at Keolis, you will receive a salary according to an agreement called Bus Industry Agreement.
This is an agreement that the union and employers have agreed upon together. The salary changes once a year, in October.
Your salary depends on how many years you have worked as a bus driver. To show this, you need to provide a document called employment certificate.
In addition to your base salary, you may also receive:
• Additional pay for working evenings, nights, or weekends
• Vacation pay or vacation days
• Extra pay for overtime
• Other possible allowances
