We are now looking for store salespeople – yes, real service heroes!

We want to be the best in the world at service. That’s why we are now looking for more service heroes who want to work nights. What does such a person do? Well, you meet our customers' needs at night with knowledge, a sense of timing, and a lovely smile – often while perhaps refilling the coffee machine or putting out a sausage. Because we are a store chain that offers everything from good food and pastries to quality fuel and clean restrooms. You will be an important team player who keeps the station in top shape while others may be sleeping!

We are now looking for you who want to work as a store salesperson during the nights with us at Circle K Lund Södra. The position corresponds to 74.51% and is permanent with an initial six-month probationary period. In this role, you have a fixed schedule where you work six nights (Tuesday-Sunday) and then have eight nights off. At night, it is important to make use of the time and prepare for your colleagues, which is why we believe that you as an applicant have a strong drive and can work independently since solitary work occurs. As a store salesperson with us, you have a monthly salary based on your previous experience in service. The monthly salary for full-time work varies between 26,500-31,000 SEK/month. In addition to your monthly salary, you also receive OB compensation for work during evenings, nights, weekends, and public holidays. Since we have a CV-less and bias-free recruitment process, you need to demonstrate your previous experience by providing employer certificates during the recruitment process. For this position, you must either be a citizen of Sweden, another Nordic country, or an EU/EES country, have permanent residency in Sweden, or be an asylum seeker with valid work rights. During the recruitment process, you need to be able to present documents that confirm your citizenship or your work rights in Sweden.
