• Set up and monitor CNC-controlled machines
• Perform quality checks and measure parts according to drawings
• Maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines
• Ensure production meets established requirements and guidelines

• Has relevant education or work experience in CNC machining
• Is structured, responsible, and service-oriented
• Has good communication skills
• Enjoys working both independently and in a team
• Likes variety and sometimes changing workplaces
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• Is computer literate

We usually start with a temporary employment to allow both you and us to get to know each other properly before potentially transitioning to a permanent position with IQ or one of our client companies. Depending on your background, experience, and references, it may naturally be possible to have a permanent position from the start.
You will receive a fixed monthly salary and other compensations according to the technical agreement, which is the collective agreement we and most of our clients are affiliated with.
