You will work with the production and processing of metal in a varied and practical role. The tasks can be adapted to your experience but include, for example, machine operation, basic programming, quality control, and maintenance.

The work is carried out in close collaboration with colleagues where flexibility and responsibility are important parts of the role.

• Has a strong sense of responsibility and takes ownership of their work.
• Is curious, eager to learn, and has an interest in metalworking and technology.
• Has an industrial background, preferably as a CNC operator or machine operator.
• Holds a valid driver's license (B).
• Thrives in a smaller team where everyone helps each other and contributes to a good atmosphere.
• Has a good work ethic and a solution-oriented approach.

The right attitude and personality are highly valued and can weigh more than long experience.
