As a vehicle painter, you will be responsible for painting and surface treatment of passenger and commercial vehicles as well as related parts. You will work closely with the workshop team, administrative colleagues, and customer contacts to ensure that each delivery meets high quality and fulfills technical and aesthetic requirements.

• Perform preparatory surface work such as disassembly and reassembly, sanding, filling, and machine processing

• Color matching, mixing, and application of paint according to color cards and technical instructions

• Painting, drying, polishing, and final finishing before delivery

• Quality control and documentation of completed work as well as handling deviations

• Work systematically according to safety and environmental requirements, including proper handling of chemicals and waste

• Collaborate with the workshop and logistics to meet delivery times and customer requests

• Participate in the development of work routines and improvement work within the painting department

• Professional experience in vehicle painting or equivalent practical experience

• Knowledge of color systems, mixing techniques, and painting processes; formal education in paint technology is an advantage

• Good technical understanding and high accuracy in execution

• Experience working according to applicable safety and environmental regulations

• Good communication skills in Swedish; English is an advantage

• Driver's license B is a requirement

• Service-oriented and professional in customer and colleague meetings

• Structured, meticulous, and responsible

• Problem-solving and proactive with a desire to contribute to the team's development

• Flexible and accustomed to prioritizing in a varied work environment
