As a Project Manager/Team Leader with us, you will have overall responsibility for ensuring that our installation projects run smoothly. You are the link between planning and practical implementation. This role is suitable for you if you are an electrician at heart and want to take on more responsibility, or if you already have experience leading smaller teams and projects.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

• On-site Leadership: The role involves operationally leading the installation team and ensuring high technical quality in the installation of solar panels, battery systems, and charging stations.

• Project Planning: Coordinating materials, personnel, and timelines to ensure timely delivery.

• Quality & Safety: You ensure that all installations comply with industry standards, electrical safety requirements, and our own high-quality goals.

• Customer Relations: You are the face of the company and serve as the customer's contact person throughout the project.

We are looking for a confident and driven person who enjoys making decisions and taking responsibility. You are good at communicating and have the ability to motivate your team towards common goals.

Your qualifications:

• Qualified electrician with at least 3 years of professional experience.

• Experience in installations of solar panels, charging stations, and battery systems.

• Valid driver's license (manual transmission).

• Good familiarity with digital documentation and administrative tools.

It is a plus if you have:

• ECY certificate.

• Previous experience in team leadership or project coordination.

• Knowledge of contracting and workplace safety responsibilities.
