Are you an experienced electrician with a sense of structure, responsibility, and leadership? We are now looking for a team leader for an assignment with one of Sweden's leading companies in electrical installation and technical solutions with long-term projects in both service, contracting, and infrastructure.

As a team leader, you will play a key role in driving both small and large projects forward. You will work closely with project managers and installers, and be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly both in the field and administratively.

• Be responsible for daily work management on projects
• Keep a logbook, manage documentation and simpler administration
• Take measurements and plan installations
• Receive and manage orders and deliveries
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Ensure that projects adhere to timelines, quality, and safety requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Has at least 4–5 years of experience as a team leader
• Has experience with both small and large projects
• Is meticulous, self-driven, and used to taking responsibility
• Thrives in a role where you combine practical work and administration
• Has a B driver's license
  

It is a plus if you have:

• Experience working with digital logbooks, project systems, or similar

• Collective agreement
