We are looking for someone who wants a leadership position in an engaged team, where you function as the group's functional leader and are responsible for ensuring that the work in production flows efficiently, safely, and with high quality. As a lead installer, you have a key role in the projects – you are responsible for leading and distributing the daily work on-site with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiency. You serve as an important link between the installers in the team and project management, which means you both work practically and have an overall responsibility for ensuring that the work proceeds according to plan.

You distribute tasks, follow up on work processes, and ensure that the work is carried out according to applicable routines, schedules, and quality standards – from start to finish. You will also be responsible for material needs and ensure that everything is in place on time, facilitating efficient work. In addition to the operational responsibility, you also support reporting, documentation, and follow-up of the work.

 

• Lead and distribute work for electricians
• Work with installations and conduct checks proficiently
• Follow up on drawings
• Order materials in good time and maintain good communication within the team
• Write change and additional work reports (ÄTA)
• Participate in meetings and report on incidents and technical changes/updates
• Be a good leader for other electricians to ensure a good working environment

 

Your profile:

What distinguishes the role of lead installer is primarily good communication and social skills to provide the work team with effective leadership. We are looking for someone who has experience leading projects as a lead installer, taking responsibility for parts of larger constructions, and is used to working independently. You should be able to structure work in an organized manner and ensure that the work flows smoothly, as well as ensuring that your team members have the right conditions to succeed.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least 3-4 years of experience as a lead installer

• Ability to lead teams and coordinate work on-site

• Good knowledge of reading drawings and working according to technical documentation

• Driver's license (B)

• ECY certificate or equivalent

• Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

• Complete electrical education and Swedish electrical certificate

Qualifications:
-General authorization.

-Experience as a lead installer or previous self-employed in electrical installation.

-Training such as Elbam, Bas P/U, hot work, lift certificates, fall protection, AMS, ESA, etc.
