Commissioning Engineer at Radscan

We are busy – and we love it! 💥
Energy optimization is hotter than ever, and we need more stars in our team.

More and more of our customers want to reduce their energy consumption and optimize their facilities. We are growing rapidly and are now looking for a commissioning engineer who wants to make a real difference for both customers and the climate. You will be surrounded by dedicated and skilled colleagues who are happy to share their knowledge in their area of expertise, flue gas condensation. We can proudly say that we are the best in the world at building this type of facility.

As a commissioning engineer with us, you will play a central role in our projects. You will be responsible for ensuring that our systems and facilities are commissioned correctly – from testing and troubleshooting to ensuring that everything works as it should upon handover to the customer.

You will work closely with our project managers, designers, and installers – often on-site at the customer's location. No two days are alike, but every day you contribute to creating sustainable energy solutions that make a difference.

We believe that you:

  • Have experience in commissioning within energy, process, automation, electrical or similar fields.
  • Are hands-on and enjoy working with your hands, solving problems, and finding smart solutions.
  • Thrive in an independent role where you can take responsibility.
  • Preferably have electrical qualifications, control and regulation knowledge, or process understanding – but above all, a technical interest and a desire to develop.

As a person, you are proactive, responsible, and good at prioritizing what is important. You enjoy handling multiple simultaneous issues and have a solution-oriented mindset, making you easy to collaborate with. You are motivated by being part of a developing organization where you have the opportunity to contribute to improvement and development.

Welcome to a stable company with great knowledge and a big heart for what we do. We have long and solid experience in the field that we are happy to share with you. We are proud of our company and have very satisfied customers. If you are looking for a company where you can stay and grow for a long time, this is the perfect opportunity for you. Welcome to our team in Västerås, where we are about 20 employees.

Radscan AB is the small owner-led company with the big projects. We are specialists in Energy and Environmental Technology and deliver turnkey industrial facilities in project form to our customers in the energy sector, pulp & paper, green steel, and chemicals. With us, you will be part of a heterogeneous group where both old and young, experienced and inexperienced, men and women are equally important parts of the whole. What unites us is that we all share a common interest in technology.

Does this sound like a challenge for you? Welcome with your application at www.norenlindholm.se or through the button below as soon as possible. Questions about the position can be answered by Anders Råberger at 070-77 88 743 or Simon Johansson at 070-77 89 461 at Norén & Lindholm.
