About the job

Where do you see yourself this summer? By the sea or at Willys? Most would probably answer the sea, which is perfectly fine. But we would love to see you with us at Willys Landskrona Infarten this summer!

The position is for: Summer temporary employment with varying hours during the summer of 2026. We would like you to have the opportunity for introduction and extra work during the spring.

Start date: 2026-06-01 or by agreement.

Working hours: You will vary between working early mornings, daytime, evenings, and weekends.

Requirements: We welcome applicants of all ages, but with reference to the Swedish Work Environment Authority's regulations AFS 2023:2 chapter 8 and appendix 2, we do not hire individuals under 16 years old due to the nature of the tasks. You need to have good knowledge of Swedish (spoken and written).

When you work at Willys, you will have a fast-paced everyday life. You will do everything from unpacking goods, working at the checkout, assisting our customers, to keeping the store clean and fresh. As a summer employee at Willys, you will quickly take on responsibility and become an important part of the store team that ensures our customers have the best shopping experience every day.

About you

• It’s an advantage if you have worked in a store or in service, but it’s not a requirement.
• You speak, write, and understand Swedish. Many of our customers speak more languages than that, so if you do too, that’s great!
• You take responsibility for your work, are punctual, and reliable.
• You have the prerequisites and personal qualities that make you suitable for working with us. If you apply for the job, you will take a test that demonstrates this.
