Do you want a job where you are not sitting still, where you have freedom, variety, and work closely with customers? We are now looking for a field mechanic for a well-established and growing company in the equipment rental industry.

Here you will be a key person ensuring that machines function properly at the customer's site. You will be based in Stockholm and primarily work in the field, with the option to start your workday from the nearest depot.

This is a role for those who enjoy taking responsibility, solving problems on-site, and having a dynamic, independent job.

Working hours are 40 hours per week, flexible within the range of 06:30–16:30.

Responsibilities

As a field mechanic, you will work with service and repairs directly at the customer's site or at the depot when needed.

You will, among other things:

• Troubleshoot, service, and repair machines in the field
• Perform preventive maintenance
• Resolve urgent problems at the customer’s site
• Document work in the business system
• Maintain daily contact with customers

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone with a genuine technical interest who enjoys hands-on work. To thrive in this role, we believe you are solution-oriented, self-driven, structured, and meticulous. You should also be practically inclined and enjoy working with service and customer contact.

Furthermore, we also see that you have:

• Experience in mechanical work, such as vehicles, construction machinery, or forklifts
• Knowledge of hydraulics, mechanics, and preferably electrical systems
• Driver's license (B)
