We are now looking for a property caretaker for our client, a larger housing cooperative in Sollentuna. The assignment is for six months with the goal of transitioning to employment with the client afterwards. During the assignment, you will be covered by a collective agreement, occupational pension, and insurance. Welcome with your application!


Your role as a property caretaker
In the role of property caretaker, you will be part of a smaller and close-knit team consisting of a property manager and a property caretaker. The houses are framed by green courtyards with playgrounds, park benches, and spacious grassy areas used for picnics, sunbathing, play, and community. Together, you are responsible for effective and well-functioning management, where you assist each other with both large and small tasks. Here, you are offered a varied and developing assignment in an environment where collaboration and engagement are highly valued.

Your tasks
As a property caretaker, you will work with, among other things:

  • Supervision and maintenance of properties, technical installations, and outdoor environments
  • Corrective maintenance and minor repairs in the properties
  • Contact and coordination with suppliers and contractors
  • Daily contact with residents and members
  • Management of keys, information distribution, and some administration, such as invoicing

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, solution-focused, and enjoys a role with a lot of personal responsibility. You are unpretentious, social, and practically inclined. You are used to taking your own initiatives, making decisions when necessary, and contributing improvement ideas.

We would like you to have:

  • Experience in property maintenance or another equivalent practical role
  • Basic technical competence in property management
  • Good computer skills
  • Good collaboration skills and a professional demeanor
  • It is an advantage if you live in northern Stockholm
