We are looking for a driven and experienced Site Manager for our road maintenance area in Öland. Your role:

As a Site Manager, you assist the Site Manager, plan, lead, and distribute the work. You are responsible for various projects, which include quality assurance, work environment, customer contact, economic follow-up, planning of personnel and machinery, invoicing, and participation in budget work. Your role in the group also means that you meet customers and clients, prepare quotes, and make proposals, which means you need to have an interest in economics, business, and customer relations. The role of site manager in our group involves a lot of freedom under responsibility.

You will be part of our team in Öland that works with the operation and maintenance of roads. The work focuses on operation and maintenance and the construction of smaller projects, which means working and leading your own and hired personnel / subcontractors.

The position includes on-call duty.

Examples of work performed by the group include:

• Winter road maintenance
• Sand removal
• Road inspection
• Traffic damage
• Paving work
• Green area maintenance
• Drainage work, wells, and road culverts
• Sign work
• Guardrail work
• Maintenance of rest areas

Qualifications:

• Good IT skills and experience in administrative tasks.
• A relevant technical education and experience in a similar role as a site manager in the industry.
• Experience in construction work as well as work with the operation and maintenance of roads and winter road maintenance.
• Possess a B driver's license.

As the daily work involves a lot of contact with various stakeholders, you are social and have an easy time collaborating. You give a professional impression and easily build trust. You have good communication skills, and your leadership is clear, present, and inspiring.
