We are now looking for a road worker focused on operations/construction in Kalmar. We primarily conduct projects in Kalmar County, with some flexibility. The size and type of projects vary, providing you with great opportunities to be creative in your role and work solution-focused to achieve the end goal.

You will work variably between traffic arrangements, guardrail work, and bridge maintenance. We work with both external customers such as municipalities and road associations, as well as in internal projects and operational areas. Furthermore, you will be the key person in our daily production alongside your colleagues.

The position is a permanent full-time employment located in Kalmar, starting as agreed. Normal working hours are Mon-Fri 07:00-16:00, with work in other locations and during evenings and nights possible depending on circumstances. At Svevia, we apply individual salary setting.

To succeed in this role, we see it as a requirement that you have:

• C driver's license

• Good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written

It is also advantageous if you have:

• CE license

• Valid YKB

• APV

• Previous experience working on roads
