About the position

We are now looking for an operations technician for our client in Karlskrona. You will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and upkeep of the property's technical systems, ensuring they function according to the property owner's requirements and the tenants' expectations.

Your main tasks

You have an analytical ability to read data and the capability to interpret, adjust, and optimize heating, cooling, and airflow for an economical and sustainable economy in properties. - Periodic inspection and maintenance on-site of the property's heating and ventilation systems. - Perform or order service on heating, ventilation, and control systems. - Alarm management on-site. - Meter reading of water, electricity, and purchased heating, and inputting values into the energy analysis system. - Comment on media statistics, - Proactive sales based on identified faults or improvement suggestions
