About the position

In this role, you will be part of a wonderful team in a family-like environment where everyone is given the space to grow and develop within their professional roles. During peak season, you will have around 50 employees and during the rest of the year, 20-25 employees.

You will have overall responsibility for maintenance and service, which also includes working on efficiency improvements and investments.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with previous experience in maintenance work within the industry, preferably greenhouse cultivation. As a person, you are independent, unpretentious, solution-oriented, and have a good ability to get things done.

To succeed in this role, we believe you are a driven, confident, and flexible team player.

Important for the position is:

- Experience in similar tasks

- Driver's license (B)

- Proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written; additional languages are a plus.

We place great importance on personal suitability while also valuing professional experience and knowledge in the field.

Our cultivation is located in Elleholm, outside Mörrum in Blekinge (Sweden's Garden).
