Property Technician at Samfast AB in Karlskrona

We are growing and now want to welcome a new colleague, a property technician to our property portfolio in Karlskrona.

Your role with us

As a property technician, you will be an important part of our team. Together with property managers, caretakers, and other colleagues, you will ensure that our properties function as they should. At the same time, you will have great freedom to plan your days and your work.

The work includes, among other things:

• Operation, troubleshooting, and optimization of heating, cooling, ventilation, and control systems
• Replacement and service of actuators, control valves, sensors, pumps, and other technical components
• Monitoring energy consumption and identifying improvement and efficiency measures
• Ongoing contact with tenants, contractors, and colleagues within operations and management

We are looking for someone who

• Has several years of experience in technical property management
• Has good knowledge of HVAC and ventilation systems and an understanding of how the systems interact
• Is solution-oriented, analytical, and has an interest in energy efficiency
• Is social and enjoys contact with tenants, contractors, and colleagues
• Has experience or interest in control and regulation technology (meritorious)
• Has a B driver's license (required)

It is also an advantage if you have experience in electrical or cooling systems, as well as language skills beyond Swedish.
