Marine Maintenance Group Sweden AB was founded in 2005 with the aim of connecting various operational areas within the marine industry. We are located in Sölvesborg, Karlshamn, and Karlskrona. The company consists of different divisions and has its headquarters in Sölvesborg and branches in Karlshamn and Karlskrona.

About the role

We are looking for 2 marine technicians for our facility in Karlskrona. One of the positions will include 20% customer reception in the workshop. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with troubleshooting, engine service, maintenance, and repair work. You will also work with customer service and customer interaction, which places high demands on both social skills and professionalism. You will deliver a professionally executed job and ensure that the customer's requests have been addressed.

As a Marine Technician, you will be part of a team of skilled technicians. Our workshop in Karlskrona is authorized for the brands Yamaha, Yanmar, and Volvo Penta.

Your profile

You have a vehicle technical education and a couple of years of experience as a car technician or marine technician. You have knowledge and training in modern troubleshooting techniques. You are practical, meticulous, and responsible, enjoy working in an independent role, but you are also a natural team player. We expect you to have good knowledge of Swedish and English as this is required to read manuals and assist customers with troubleshooting. If you are also a cheerful and social person, you will fit in very well with us.

We are looking for you who have a great interest in boats with experience in shipyard/workshop work. We prefer that you are self-driven and enjoy varied tasks.

Requirements

• Have a B driver's license.

It is a merit if you:

• Have experience with any of the engines Yamaha, Yanmar, or Volvo Penta.

• Have a forklift license and/or experience with wheel loaders.
