We are looking for a practical and responsible person for service, repairs, and ongoing maintenance work in condominiums in Karlskrona.

You will work with apartment-related service and maintenance in condominiums. The focus is on actions and repairs inside apartments, where quality, precision, and independence are crucial.

Typical tasks:

• Repairs and assembly
• Fixing dripping faucets and adjusting thermostats
• Bleeding radiators and checking heating systems
• Cleaning ventilation vents and filters
• Adjusting doors, hinges, and fittings
• Cleaning floor drains and traps
• Checking and replacing batteries in smoke detectors
• Changing lighting and performing simpler electrical tasks

The work takes place in private homes and requires a professional and secure approach.

We are looking for someone who

✔ Has experience in service, craftsmanship, or similar work

✔ Enjoys working independently

✔ Is meticulous and responsible

✔ Has a B driver's license

Experience in property service, carpentry, plumbing, or similar is an advantage, but broad practical skills are valued higher than specialization.
