About us
Riddarstensgården consists of five units with a total of 40 single-room apartments. Within each unit, there are communal areas and beautiful outdoor spaces. Riddarstensgården is a Silviahem certified residence, which means that the staff at Riddarstensgården are trained in dementia care to contribute to the highest possible quality of life for those with dementia and their relatives. We offer an exciting and rewarding job where you have the opportunity to make a difference for our clients and work in our facility located beautifully in a green area at Riddarstenshöjden in Lerum.

Your tasks
As a nursing assistant at Humana Riddarstensgården, you will have a varied job where you, among other things, plan and carry out weekly planning, manage medications, and plan activities. You will document daily and handle any deviations. Together with colleagues, you will distribute tasks and communicate with HSL staff such as registered nurses, rehabilitation staff, and on-call nurses.
Examples of tasks:
Be a contact person and be responsible for establishing and following up on your clients' weekly planning and implementation plan
Receive delegation of medication from a nurse
Conduct fun activities
Manage documents and deviations
Working hours and degree of employment: Day and evening, part-time with the possibility of full-time
Employment form: Permanent employment, we apply a six-month probationary period.
Salary: We apply individual salary setting for base salary, other compensation is provided according to collective agreements.
Start date: Immediately or by agreement.
Who are you?
We are looking for you who are a team player – a responsible person who enjoys working both independently and in a group. You have the ability to see the whole picture and are not afraid to take initiative. You are used to documentation and work with quality as a guiding principle. Experience in person-centered work is an asset, and we believe it is important that you are a relationship builder with good collaboration skills and a positive outlook.

We are looking for you who:
Are a trained nursing assistant or have equivalent work experience
Possess good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing
It is an advantage if you have:
Experience working in elderly care or home care
Experience working with people with dementia
Experience in operations run in private management
A prerequisite for starting employment with us at Humana is that you, as an applicant, can present valid ID and any documents that support your right to work in Sweden.
