We are looking for an experienced, independent, and dedicated nursing assistant who wants to make a real difference in someone else's daily life.

This could be the perfect job for you if you are seeking meaningful part-time work. We are looking for a warm, reliable, and practical person who can support a cheerful and active senior in daily life, primarily in the mornings and some evenings.

Working Hours: approximately 6–7 hours per day, from 08:00 to 12:00 and 19:00 to 21:00
Schedule: every other weekend and two weekdays the following week
Location: scenic area in Upplands Väsby

Since it is difficult to reach this location by public transport, you need to have a driver's license and access to a car. A driver's license may also be required for the job.

Your tasks will include:

• assisting with morning routines such as showering and dressing
• preparing simple meals and performing light household chores
• accompanying on activities and medical appointments
• helping to combat isolation through social support and conversation
• ensuring medications are taken as prescribed and assisting with medication administration

You will work closely with a very positive and life-experienced person who enjoys exercise, culture, literature, and social issues. Due to osteoarthritis and arthritis, which cause some stiffness, there is a need for daily activation and support during training several times a week.

It is a plus if you like dogs, as there is a kind and cheerful dog in the home.

• has at least three years of experience in the field
• is independent, responsible, and proactive
• is empathetic, patient, and confident in providing both physical and emotional care
• has good communication skills and is flexible in your working style
• is motivated by contributing to the well-being and social life of others
• has excellent knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
• has good physical fitness and experience with similar tasks
