We are now looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented property technician who wants to contribute to professional and sustainable property management in Bjuv.
With us, you will play an important role in creating safe and well-maintained housing and community properties for our tenants.
About us
AB Bjuvsfastigheter was established in the spring of 2024, gathering property expertise from both the housing company and the municipality. The organization currently consists of 23 dedicated employees who work every day to conduct professional and efficient management and development.
The company is in an exciting development phase focusing on business acumen, energy efficiency, customer satisfaction, and digitalization. Therefore, we are now looking for a dedicated and solution-oriented property technician.
The Role
As a property technician with us, you are an important part of the daily management of our properties. You work closely with property managers and colleagues, responsible for both corrective and planned maintenance.
The work is varied and involves both independent work and teamwork. You actively contribute to ensuring that our properties function well, maintain good quality, and develop over time.
Your responsibilities include, among others:
- Handling maintenance requests and carrying out repairs
- Performing planned maintenance and preventive measures
- Conducting inspections and SBA rounds
- Assisting in the purchase of goods and services in consultation with property managers
- Quality controlling completed work
- Contributing to the development and improvement of our residential areas and community properties
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with a technical interest, who is solution-oriented and enjoys a role where you can take responsibility.
You are structured in your work approach and find it easy to collaborate with colleagues, contractors, and tenants.
To succeed in this role, we believe you have:
- High school education in property technology or equivalent
- Several years of experience in property maintenance or technical upkeep
- Good computer skills and preferably experience with property systems such as Vitec Technical Management or DeDu
- Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Driving license B
Knowledge of rental law, economics, or technical systems within properties is an advantage.
