Site and Construction Workers – For those with the right drive and work ethic!

Human Talent is now looking for site and construction workers for assignments with a client in the construction and civil engineering industry for the 2026 season, starting in May.

Here you will have the opportunity to work on projects where you see concrete results from what you do – every day.

About the role

As a site worker, you will have an active and varied everyday life where you work on different types of projects together with your team.

Your tasks:

• Water and sewage works
• Paving and stone work
• Site preparation and excavation
• Road construction and landscaping

The work is done both independently and in teams, where it is required that you can collaborate, take initiative, and maintain a good work pace.

Previous experience in site and construction work is an advantage, but not a requirement – the right person with the right attitude can quickly adapt to the role.

Requirements

• Driving license B
• Swedish spoken and written

Meritorious:

• Experience in site/construction
• Machine experience or reading blueprints

Other

Location: Luleå, Piteå, and Boden

Working hours: Monday–Friday, daytime

Scope: Full-time, seasonal employment from May to November 2026
