Ground and Construction Worker – For You with the Right Drive and Work Ethic!

Human Talent is now looking for ground and construction workers for assignments with a client in the construction and civil engineering industry for the 2026 season, starting in May.

Here you will have the opportunity to work on projects where you can see concrete results from what you do – every day.

About the role

As a ground worker, you will have an active and varied everyday life where you work on different types of projects together with your team.

Your tasks:

• Water and sewage work
• Paving and stonework
• Site preparation and excavation
• Road construction and landscaping

The work is carried out both independently and in teams, where it is required that you can collaborate, take initiative, and maintain a good work pace.

Requirements

• Driver's license B
• Swedish in speech and writing

Meritorious:

• Experience in ground/construction work
• Machine experience or reading blueprints

Other

Location: Luleå, Piteå, and Boden

Working hours: Monday–Friday, daytime

Scope: Full-time, seasonal employment from May to November 2026
