At Clarion Hotel Örebro, we need to strengthen our amazing team for the summer. We are looking for someone with sparkling eyes and a heart in the right place who wants to create memorable stays for our wonderful guests. You will work with a team full of talents and personalities who go the extra mile every day to deliver extraordinary guest experiences.

Clarion Hotel Örebro is located on Kungsgatan in central Örebro and is an international full-service hotel with 136 rooms, a conference department, and its own restaurant.

The hotel is owned by HKC Hotels, which also includes Hotell Kung Carl in Stockholm, Hotel Noble House in Malmö, Åby Hotell in Gothenburg, Hus57 in Ängelholm, and Hotell Hudik in Hudiksvall.

We are now looking for several ambitious and cheerful receptionists for the summer who are passionate about service. We are looking for you who have:

• experience in the service industry - having worked in a hotel reception is a significant advantage
• the ability to meet customers and guests with different needs and expectations - you want to make people feel comfortable!
• a keen eye for detail and a strong solution focus
• fluent Swedish and English in both spoken and written form
• knowledge of MEWS or another hotel booking system - not a requirement but a big plus
• turned 20 years old (some of the tasks require, according to the Alcohol Act (2010:1622), that you are at least 20 years old)

This is a seasonal employment of 60-90%. Working hours are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends.

We naturally apply a collective agreement salary and are affiliated with Visita and HRF.
