The positions are for 4 permanent full-time contracts with start dates according to agreement.

Job Responsibilities
As a staff member, your primary task is to provide support, motivation, and care to our clients. We work health-promoting with the aim of strengthening the individual's own abilities and ensuring that everyone living with us has the opportunity to live life to the fullest.
Participation, development, and community are key words for us, where continuous improvements create the conditions for good quality.
Your tasks include personal care, case management responsibilities, and social and physical activities together with our clients.
We work in teams, which means that many different professional groups share the common goal of creating a good quality of life and a pleasant environment for our clients.
Qualifications
We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or have other education or experience that the employer deems sufficient. We prefer that you have further education in elderly care and/or dementia or have an educational focus on psychiatry. Experience working in care and nursing is an advantage.
It is important that you enjoy and thrive in working with people and that you are flexible and receptive to new ideas and working methods.
The job requires sufficient knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form to communicate with clients, perform care documentation, and obtain medication delegation.

Approximately 2500 employees work in the welfare administration. During the interview, we will conduct an identity check and verify citizenship. Approved documents are passport, international ID card, driver's license + personal certificate from the Tax Agency, or other ID documents that strengthen citizenship. For some positions, a criminal record check may be required.
We welcome language skills in Finnish and/or any of the Sámi varieties as Örnsköldsvik Municipality is part of both Finnish and Sámi administrative areas.
In our municipality, several positions are classified in security class, so security checks may be conducted. These positions require Swedish citizenship.
