Do you have experience working on a construction site and thrive when everything runs smoothly? Then this could be the role for you! We are looking for a structured and solution-oriented service technician for a larger construction project in Gothenburg. You will be the spider in the web on the site – the one who ensures that materials, deliveries, and planning are in sync.

About the role

In this role, you will assist with loading and unloading and contribute to keeping the construction site organized. You will work closely with site managers and skilled workers – and you enjoy having responsibility and taking initiative.

The work is 100% outdoors.

Your responsibilities:

• Load and unload goods, including heavy lifting
• Maintain order and tidiness in the yard and storage
• Perform general labor on the construction site
• Report deliveries in and out and communicate with site managers
• Assist with simpler tasks such as carpentry, sign installation, and other common construction work
• Manage gates, transportation, and service tasks on the construction site
• Assist with deliveries, vehicle and material checks, and participate in safety rounds and address safety stops
• Perform physical work on site, including heavy lifting and a lot of movement

We are looking for someone who:

• Is flexible and can take on various tasks
• Has some technical knowledge, preferably in concrete, reinforcement, carpentry, or mechanics, to assist with repairs and simpler construction-related tasks
• Is self-driven and works both independently and in a team
