About the Position

We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager for upcoming projects with our client in Ludvika. In this role, you will lead important projects that develop, modernize, and future-proof the technical infrastructures of the business in areas such as energy, media, electricity, and water.

You will have a central role in all phases of the projects, from planning and requirements definition to implementation, follow-up, and closure. The role is 100% on-site in Ludvika and starts as soon as possible.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead and drive projects from start to finish in energy, media, electrical systems, as well as water and sewage.
  • Establish project plans, cost estimates, risk analyses, and reports.
  • Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring effective communication between all stakeholders.
  • Conduct procurements and follow up with contractors and suppliers according to applicable procedures.
  • Ensure that projects comply with industry standards, regulatory requirements, occupational health and safety legislation, and internal guidelines.
  • Manage project budgets, make forecasts, and follow up on financial outcomes.
  • Drive improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of work processes and project methodology.
  • Support the organization in strategic technical issues and long-term planning.

The assignment period may vary. Typically, the employment begins with a probationary period of 6 months, with the possibility of permanent employment for the right candidate.

About You

We are looking for someone who is confident in the role of project manager and experienced in leading complex, technical, and long-term projects. You are structured, communicative, and work proactively to create progress and delivery reliability.

To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:

  • Several years of project management experience in energy, electricity, media, or similar technical fields.
  • Experience working closely with technical infrastructures, constructions, or industrial environments.
  • A strong ability to build relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good analytical skills and confidence in decision-making.
  • A self-driven work style and a high level of responsibility.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
