The home care service in Lerum Municipality consists of four districts and a shared service team. Our districts in Lerum, Floda, and Gråbo consist of competent and proactive nursing assistants, caregivers, aides, and home care administrators who support employees and managers in daily planning. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
We are now looking for eight dedicated specialist nursing assistants for a major investment in home care where you combine practical care work with operational development. The position is a permanent full-time position where:
- 50% of the position is part of a development project as a specialist nursing assistant
- 50% of the position involves work in the nursing assistant role in regular operations.
The project assignment means that you, together with other specialist nursing assistants and management, will develop, test, and investigate how the specialist nursing assistant role can be implemented and integrated into the operations in the long term.
The project assignment further means that you will have a central role in creating safe and secure care for our care recipients, working with quality, risk assessments, collaboration, and supporting colleagues in complex cases.
The remaining 50% of your work will be in the regular nursing assistant role in home care, providing both care services and delegated healthcare services. The role also includes collaboration with colleagues, healthcare professionals, and relatives, as well as ongoing operational development.
This combination ensures a reality-based approach and a close connection between development and practice.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who:
- Has, or is expected to have by the end of the term, a Specialist Nursing Assistant education, relevant further education in healthcare (vocational training of at least 200 YH points or equivalent university education of 60 points).
- Has experience in home care
- Is structured, collaborative-oriented, and interested in development
- Wants to be part of developing the home care of the future
If you have experience in development projects, mentoring colleagues, or quality work, this is highly meritorious.
