About the Position

Do you want to work closely with the business and solve technical problems where they arise? We are now looking for an Onsite Technician for 2nd/3rd line support for an exciting assignment with our client's customer. Support directly at the customer to ensure stable and efficient IT support. The position is full-time with immediate start!

Your Main Responsibilities

The cases can vary greatly – from well-diagnosed incidents to more basic problems that need to be analyzed from the start. This requires structure, problem-solving skills, and a service-oriented attitude.

In this role, you will among other things:

• Handle incidents and service requests within 2nd and 3rd line support
• Troubleshoot and resolve client, application, and user-related issues
• Work closely with the business and provide onsite support
• Collaborate with the service desk, operations, and other technical teams
• Document and follow up on cases in Topdesk
• Contribute to improvements in support processes

Qualifications:

• Experience in 2nd line support
• Good experience in troubleshooting in IT environments
• Experience with ticketing systems (preferably Topdesk or ServiceNow)
• Fluent in Swedish and English as support is provided in both languages
• Driver's license B

It is important that you can undergo a background check. For certain roles with the client, SUA classification may also be relevant.
