Your responsibilities:

Provide solutions to customer inquiries related to money transfer transactions.
Assist customers via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and empathy.
Escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.
Identify and assess customer needs to ensure satisfaction and high service quality.

What we are looking for:

Fluent in Swedish and English.
A solution-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
No prior experience required – just a willingness to learn and grow!
